Dee

Appaloosa mare (14 year old)

Dee is a beautiful, 12 year old registered Appaloosa mare who lost her eyesight last spring. She came to us in February when her owner could find no other options for this amazing gal. Dee's previous owner had an illness of her own that caused her immense pain, making it difficult to handle Dee's daily care. Since Dee came to us, she has started her rehabilitation, participated in drill practices and has even been to one performance where she stole the show! She has shown many of our beginner riders care and kindness when they ride her and is a wonderful confidence builder. She is a trained reining horse and has wonderful arena presence. We are thrilled and grateful to have such an easy going mare on our team!
